Dear Parents / Guardians,

For those with students taking part in Hoop Time on Tuesday, 25th August, you are required to drop them off and sign them in at the venue which is at Casey Indoor Leisure Centre. There will be a staff member (Ms Moon or Mr Graham) at the entrance (nearest to the library / radio station.)

There will be a staff member in attendance from 8:30 through to 3:45 for dropping off and picking up. It is expected that children will be available for collection from 2:30 at the conclusion of the presentations.
